All registration payment charges are to be borne by the remitter

Please note:

To submit a paper (oral or poster) a registration fee must be paid until the 10th of March 2026. In case the paper will not be accepted for presentation (oral or poster), full refund will take place.

In case a second paper by the same presenting author is submitted, an extra fee of 50 € is applicable. Also, for the third paper (maximum submission for the same author) an extra fee of 50 € is applicable.

*Standard fee:

Includes admittance at the welcome/Ice-Breaker reception, five coffee breaks, one Lunch and the official Gala dinner. It also includes the Conference Proceedings.

**Student fee:

Includes admittance at the Welcome/Ice-Breaker reception, five coffee breaks, one Lunch and the official Gala Dinner. It also includes the Conference Proceedings.

***Accompanying Person fee:

Includes admittance at the Welcome/Ice-Breaker reception, one Lunch and the official Gala Dinner.

****Participant fee:

Participant without paper submission. It includes admittance at the Welcome/Ice-Breaker reception, five coffee breaks, one Lunch and the official Gala dinner. It also includes the Conference Proceedings. 

*****Low-Income Countries fee:

Participant from low-income countries. It includes admittance at the Welcome/Ice-Breaker reception, five coffee breaks, one Lunch and the official Gala dinner. It also includes the Conference Proceedings.
